How does pricing work?

Each stylist sets their own pricing based on their skill level. For lightening services, the price listed is the starting price. The final price depends on the amount of product used, which is determined by your specific hair length and thickness. All pricing ranges are listed on our online booking and website.

 

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, use our convenient online booking. If you don't see your preferred time available, feel free to inquire via text at 408-313-6695 or email bookings@duet.salon for additional dates and times.

How do I know what service is right for me?

If you're unsure about which service is right for you, don't worry! Contact us via text at 408-313-6695 or email bookings@duet.salon, and we'll consult with you to determine the best service for your needs. We also send out a client intake form to log the conversation, ensuring all stylists have access to the information.

 

what is the preferred method of payment?

We accept credit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle for payment. Choose whichever method is most convenient for you. Please note, credit card transactions will incur a 3% service fee at checkout.
